Jerry Eitel is the Chief Financial Officer of NeoVista Equities and a nationally respected voice in real estate finance and taxation. As the former Partner-in-Charge of the Real Estate Practice Group at Prager Metis CPAs and a Partner Emeritus of the firm, Jerry brings over 35 years of financial and tax expertise to NeoVista’s mission of revitalizing legacy assets and driving long-term, sustainable growth.

Jerry’s experience spans both U.S. and international real estate markets, having advised developers, investors, and private equity groups on high-impact transactions involving complex tax structures and compliance. His ability to structure deals with precision and foresight supports NeoVista’s investment strategy with financially sound and tax-efficient planning.

Prior to his tenure at Prager Metis, Jerry built and led his own successful accounting firm in New York, which later merged into the firm’s predecessor. At NeoVista, he serves as a strategic financial advisor, providing guidance on capital planning, transaction strategy, and coordination with outside accounting, legal, and financial advisors in support of the company’s long-term objectives.
