Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics from SUNY Cortland, Tyler has efficiently managed multiple teams at premier hospitality venues all within the New York Capital District, each generating between $6 million and $10 million in annual revenue. Tyler excels in building strong service cultures, optimizing profitability, and creating memorable dining experiences. His passion for culinary excellence, hospitality leadership, and large-scale catering will help shape the company’s brand, standards, and growth from the ground up.

With over a decade of experience in grocery retail management, Novell specializes in multi-unit leadership and operational excellence. Holding a BA in Business Management & Administration from NYU, Novell has successfully overseen several grocery store locations, each generating between $5 million and $15 million in annual revenue. Her key strengths include team development, strategic planning, and driving performance metrics in high-volume stores. Novell has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and achieving consistent sales growth in competitive markets.

With over two decades of experience in education, mentorship, and curriculum design, Jacqueline is committed to fostering a joyful and enriching learning environment. She holds a B.A. in Sociology/Criminal Justice, along with licensure in early childhood and elementary education, a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Instructional Leadership and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on hands-on science learning in early childhood. Having led numerous STEM initiatives, Jacqueline remains dedicated to creating inclusive and engaging spaces where both children and educators can thrive.
