Flerida Santana to Step Down as Regional Director, Continue as Consultant

It is with heavy hearts that the Executive Team announces the departure of our beloved Regional Director for Upstate NY, Flerida Santana, who will leave at the end of the year.

Flerida’s last day with NeoVista will be December 31, 2025, marking the close of an extraordinary chapter for our organization. While we are saddened to see her go, we are deeply grateful for the lasting impact she has made on our company and each of us.

Flerida has been instrumental in building NeoVista from the ground up. Her unwavering dedication, strategic vision, and tireless work ethic have been exceptional. Under her leadership, our firm grew from a modest two-person team to nearly 50 talented professionals in just one year. This rare level of growth speaks volumes about Flerida’s ability to inspire, lead, and execute at the highest level.

Throughout 2025, Flerida played a pivotal role in acquiring every property the firm currently owns, leases, and operates. Her expertise and determination enabled us to successfully reopen Jack's Oyster House and Sixty State Place with remarkable precision and speed—an impressive achievement in the hospitality industry. She navigated the complex process of obtaining all necessary licenses, including liquor and health permits, ensuring we could open without delay. These accomplishments, considered near miracles given tight timelines and regulatory challenges, were possible because of Flerida's exceptional capabilities and commitment. She truly is a Wonder Woman in every sense.

Flerida's contributions extend far beyond operational milestones. She has been a mentor, problem-solver, and steadfast advocate for our team and mission. Her leadership style, marked by compassion, integrity, and an unshakeable belief in what we could accomplish together, has profoundly shaped our company culture.

While Flerida will step down as Regional Director, we are pleased to share that she will continue collaborating with NeoVista in a consulting capacity. This ongoing partnership allows us to benefit from her invaluable expertise and institutional knowledge as she pursues her personal and professional goals. We are grateful our relationship will continue to evolve and look forward to supporting her in this exciting new chapter.
